#Castile and Leon
Castile and Leon is a huge region spanning central and northwest Spain. Whilst vast, it’s also far less populated than other parts of the country. Visitors will find a diverse landscape featuring plateaus and mountain peaks.
Highlights include Segovia, Salamanca, Leon and Valladolid. It’s a good region to explore for foodies as it features one of Spain’s key wine-growing region and is famous for its jamon and suckling pig.
